What Is The Ordering Process?

To place a REQUEST To ORDER, browse our website and click the "add to cart" button. This will add the product to your virtual shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the "VIEW CART" link at the top right of the site. From there you can view/change/remove products from your shopping cart. When you have everything you need in your shopping cart, click the "SECURE CHECKOUT" button located on the Shopping Cart Contents page and follow the instructions.
REQUEST TO ORDER
When you add item(s) to your shopping cart and then click the CHECKOUT link, you are placing a REQUEST TO ORDER. This request is sent to our sales representative. At this point a request to order has been placed.
This only becomes an official order after you call and speak to a representative to confirm all details, shipping cost and to make payment.
Details regarding making your request to order an official order are provided during the checkout procedure, as well as an email sent to confirm receipt of your request.

GST or HST applies within Canada and is based on the Province goods are shipped to.

How long will it take to receive my product(s) ordered? How can I be sure you have an item in stock when I place an order?
For all order requests, we check availability of our stock and if it is not in stock, we then contact the supplier. If the item is in stock you should receive it within 5 days of ordering, if it is back ordered it may take up to 3 weeks, we would let you know the status if the item is out of stock.
When am I charged after submitting an order request?
All orders placed on our website are only offical once paid in full. You must contact us as detailed during the checkout process to change your REQUEST TO ORDER to an official order. We do not process payment until that time,. This allows you a buffer between placing an order request and paying for the order in case you want to check if it will ship right away, or is a product on backorder.
What about warranty?
All our footwear is backed by 1st Quality Standards. All our manufacturers take great pride in their high quality footwear.
We are the retailer not manufacturer, we would act as your representative to get a fair settlement.
