Special Orders Policy

ComfortShoeHaven.com works hand in hand with Manufacturers & Importers. This allows Comfort Shoe Haven to have Handmade or Special Ordered footwear for an individual.

Please note that special orders are subject to the following conditions:

• Special orders are billed at the time the order is placed.
  
• Special Orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective. In the case of a defect, it w will be exchanged for the same item.
  
• Special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
  
• There are times when a supplier will give us an estimated delivery date. We will be
  diligent with our supplier and try to get the item in the shortest time possible.
  
  Generally Special Orders take 2 weeks to be made.
